Stage 1
Enquiry
- You fill in the Start a Project form or contact us by email.
- We aim to respond within one working day.
- If needed, we arrange a short call to understand your aims, timeline, and style preferences.
The goal is to understand your idea clearly.
Stage 2
Proposal and Deposit
- We prepare a proposal outlining the concept, deliverables, estimated cost, and schedule.
- A 50 percent deposit confirms the booking and secures your shoot date.
- Once the deposit is received, we begin the pre production phase.
Stage 3
Pre-Production
This stage builds the foundation for the shoot and ensures everything runs smoothly.
We handle:
- Creative direction and mood boards if required
- Shot list or storyboard
- Location or studio booking
- Schedule and call sheet
- Crew, model, stylist, or makeup artist bookings
- Clothing or product preparation if needed
- Confirming all creative decisions with you before shoot day

Pre-production is where most of the success is secured. Careful planning keeps the shoot efficient and focused.
Stage 4
Production
- We arrive early to set up lighting, cameras, audio, and equipment.
- You are welcome to be on set or view remotely depending on the project.
- We direct movement, composition, framing, and overall atmosphere.
- Styling, details, and adjustments are handled throughout the shoot.
- All footage is backed up during or immediately after filming.
The environment is organised, calm, and professional. Every scene is captured with intention.

- All footage and photographs are stored securely on our NAS system with mirrored backup.
- Editing, colour work, sound design, and retouching are completed in house or through trusted collaborators under our direction.
- Music licensing or client supplied music is added when required.
- The first draft is sent for review with clear notes on structure and timing.
This stage shapes the tone of the project and brings everything together into a cohesive final piece.
Stage 6
Revisions
- Two rounds of revisions are included as standard.
- Adjustments may include pacing changes, clip swaps, colour adjustments, or refinements to the structure.
- Larger re-edits or new scene requests can be quoted separately if needed.
Revisions are handled quickly with a clear process that keeps the project moving forward.
Stage 7
Final Delivery
- Final files are exported in the formats you need.
- Video can be delivered in MP4, H.264, or ProRes.
- Photographs can be supplied in JPG, PNG, or TIFF.
- Web and social versions can be prepared on request.
- All files remain backed up on our system for an agreed period, with optional extended storage if required.
