Ready to begin at stage one?
Stage 1
Enquiry
- You fill in the Start a Project form or contact us by email.
- We aim to respond within one working day.
- If needed, we arrange a short call to understand your aims, timeline, and style preferences.
The goal is to understand your idea clearly.
Stage 2
Proposal and Deposit
- We prepare a proposal outlining the concept, deliverables, estimated cost, and schedule.
- A 50 percent deposit confirms the booking and secures your shoot date.
- Once the deposit is received, we begin the pre production phase.
Everything is agreed in writing before any work begins.
This stage builds the foundation for the shoot and ensures everything runs smoothly on the day.
Pre-production is where most of the success is secured.

Stage 4
Production
- We arrive early to set up lighting, cameras, audio, and equipment.
- You are welcome to be on set or view remotely depending on the project.
- We direct movement, composition, framing, and overall atmosphere.
- Details and adjustments are handled throughout the shoot.
- All footage is backed up during or immediately after filming.
The environment is organised, calm, and professional. Every scene is captured with intention.
Stage 5
Post Production
- All footage and photographs are stored securely on our NAS system with mirrored backup.
- Editing, colour work, sound design and retouching are completed in house or through trusted collaborators under our direction.
- Music licensing, or client supplied music, is added when required.
- The first draft is sent for review with clear notes on structure and timing.
This stage shapes the tone of the project and brings everything together into a cohesive final piece.
Stage 6
Revisions
- Two rounds of revisions are included as standard.
- Adjustments may include pacing changes, clip swaps, colour adjustments, or refinements to the structure.
- Larger re-edits or new scene requests can be quoted separately if needed.
Revisions are handled quickly with a clear process that keeps the project moving forward.
